Returns
We do not offer refunds on bespoke or made-to-order items within our bed, sofa, and upholstery categories. However, we are happy to provide an exchange or full repair for items that are:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not of satisfactory quality
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our team at sales@nwfmanchester.co.uk. Ensure you include:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showcasing the problem
- Proof of purchase
We will respond within 48 hours with a resolution. If necessary, we may arrange for an assessor to visit your property to inspect the item.
For exchanges or repairs, please allow 7–14 working days for the process to be completed.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:
- Items returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
- Approval following an inspection of the returned item.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items:
- Not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by us.
- Returned after the 14-day window.
Exchanges
We will exchange items that are:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect in size or manufacturing specifications
For upholstered furniture falling under bedroom and living room categories, items requiring repairs will be collected, rectified, and returned within 14 working days.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items unless the issue is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over £75 to ensure safe receipt.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:
- You will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
- If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Deposits
A 30% deposit on bespoke orders, including beds, sofas, and upholstered furniture, is non-refundable.
